NOTE Your personal upload link will be emailed to you once your order is processed, Please upload files after placing your New-Order and receiving your order number, files uploaded without an active order number will be deleted, No need to re-upload files to-Reorder.

TIPS Prior to uploading make sure your file is print ready in our template, flatten layers to reduce file size, remove template layer before saving, or your order may be subject to delays.

PREVIEW After receiving your artwork design file, we will email you pdf preview within 24-hours, if we find any problem with your file you will be notified by email within 24-hours.

ACCEPTED FILE FORMATS

ARTWORK DESIGN PDF, JPG (maximum quality), EPS, TIFF, PSD, AI, INDD – Color Mode: CMYK – Resolution: 300 DPI.

MASTER (Your personal upload link will be emailed to you once your order is processed.) Individual Audio File: WAV, AIFF, MP3, – Disc Image: ISO, IMG, DDP (.zip file), – Audio Resolution / Sample Rate: 16-bit / 44.1k.
